To disconnect the phone

I was with a firm named Hi-tech bykes, while booking the phone I had given my mobile no. and my residence landline no. I have left the firm since last 6 months now it is learnt that the firm has also closed the business, thereafter the person concerned had requested your office at borivali to disconnect the line (65130326) but they did not do so and they wanted me to come personally to disconnect the phone and I was out of India then.

Now I am hounted by your call center every day to make the payment of Rs.500/- First thing I would request you to do is to DISCONNECT the phone so that the bill does no enlarge (as the phone is not in use) I also request you not to trouble me, also I have given the contect no. of the concerned person to your call centre more then once..
