I am extremely sorry to mention that inspite of my regular interaction over phone to BSNL automatc complaint recorder 033 2463 2198 for last one month July and I was given docket no J 2343, these people dont have any idea about how the telephone is an essential tool for old aged personal, they are only interested to draw their fat salary instead of serving the customers in proper way (GOD knows how these people continued ther job when several complaints lodged by the public paying for their bread and butter by paying hepty tax to Govrnment)

I have really doubt on BSNL particulary calcutta Telephone will improve their performence in respect with private sectors In this regard my name is Dipak Boseand My land lineConnection no# (033) 2463 554 . I dont even know how I rid from this vicious circle of untollerable efficiency, which I got from our honorable public service like BSNL. I would like to request you, please take some appropriate step in favor of customer like us... we really need the service.
