Outgoing calls not possible

Dear Manager,

This is with reference to the land line number 020 32521010, in Pune city, plot 32 Rambaug colony, Flat no 8, Kalyan Apartment, Kothrud area. 411038.

We are not in a position to call (ougoing local call) any more from last night. "Call Failed" sign is flashing after dialing the number. My wife is a doctor and she needs the fone desparately.

I have paid the bills intime, and there no issue at all.

pl help and resolve. awaiting your communication and confirmation asap.
