Due to the fall of a broken branch of the tree nearby the cable connecting my telephone No.22861712 from t;he pole has been damaged. On complaint your lines man has visited the spot and has assesed the damage. He has gone to the local exchange office to report the damate and arrange for the rectification.

I request that the correction be done at the earliest.
