I am having your landline telephone connection bearing number 011-25515010 and my residentail eddress is BD/31, Janakpuri, NewDelhi-110058. The telephone is lying dead for the last three days, inspite of my complaining at 198 and to the concerned AE the tetlephone is still lying dead. I am a senior citizen and telephome acts as my lifefline. Kindly look into it and my telephone defect be rectified.
