Land line telephone
Complaint no. 4110

My residence land line no. 0251-2312384 is out of order since 8th July. Initilally it was told that the line is out of order because of non payment of bill. But on 15 th July I have paid the bill up to July. Now the line man says that it is "cable fault". We have broadband service on same line.

Kindly look in to matter at the earliest.
