Irregularities of ECS

I was asked meet the AOTR of Barrackpore in relation to the non payment of bills through ECS.Inspite of my busy schedule I met him on 25th July, 09 and as per his request I submitted a letter for continuing the ECS -scheme. However, I paid unpaid bills through cheques.

I was assured that the problem will be rectified. But much to my surprise I came to know still there is an unpaid bill for the month of July 09.

I opted for ECS but I have to spend my valuable time for rectification in each month?

PL look into the matter and do the needful please.
