My name is peri, I have purchased the Inalsa companion mixer (model hs22290) from landmark ltd located at Spencer plaza chennai, on 16. aug. 2009. the product was ISI marked an had a warrenty for 2 years (invoice no 09/cs/187558). the product had ceased to work some time in October and i had returned the piece for repair at landmark on 02 November (invoice no 40246), i have been contacting them since and i always get the answer next Tuesday.

It is a really poor performance on the part of landmark and Inalsa group.

I request you to take some sort of action on this matter.
