Regarding PF Transfe

Dear Sir,

I was working with Chennai based company (Landmark Limited, Nungambakkam) where my PF was deposited. Now I Joined New Company in Mumbai where local Pf office is Bandra. To transfer my PF from previous company to new company, I filled up form 13 and tried to submit to local office in Mumbai but they rejected saying same will be submitted through previous employer. When I spoken to officer in previous company & PF office chennai they are not accepting saying form 13 to be submitted by present employer. What to do?

In this regard I need your valuable feedback according to PF rules.
