Very poor service and customer cheating!

I have taken airtel prepaid sim on 21st March for GPRS services. I applied for GPRS. On 23 rd March this company reduced my balance by Rs.250 which is the monthly rental for GPRS. But still today till 2nd April I have not received settings for GPRS despite of may balance more than Rs.100.
I have sent email to "121airtelindia.com" and sent many queries to 121 but with no avail.
Airtel is a big THUG and CHOR and it has looted my money.
