Laptop compaq 2324 bag laptop
Defective piece

1. I had purchased a hp compaq laptop 2324 with following details

a) ser no CNF 5400P8C

b) date of purchase :- 24 dec

c) invoice no 34861

d) dealer ;-COMPUTER EMPIRE

2. In dec it had gone faulty for "not switching off" and I handed over at the service centre at Meerut and my mother board was changed.

3. Again in oct it was faulty for "not switching on" and it was repaired on 24 octby replacing with a old mother board and i was charged Rs 3000/- with a written warranty of three months.

4.Again on 06 Dec it went faulty and same hs been given to the service centre.

5. may I request you to kindly accept my request of replacing the laptop with a new piece which can be defect free.
