Selling above MRP

Hi,

recently i went to this LAPTOP GALLERY, gwalior shop for purchasing a mouse, the MRP written was 180/- (inclusive of all taxes) but the shopkeeper was selling that at price of 250 /-.

when i asked, how can he sell above MRP.. he replied "its my wish to sell at any amount, if you wish you can file a complaint against me"

THIS IS COMPLETELY against the CONSUMER RIGHTS. and i request to take action on this.

Unfortunatelty I was unable to get the shops address but i somehow managed to get the phone number, which is 0751-4028509.
