Have not received even the code which was to be sent via mail

I Have purchased an HP notebook in november, and after a few days I have sent a DD of Rs 990 to HP redemption cell in order to get a digital camera scheme from the HP, but i have not recieved any email or followup.

the coureer company had delivered the DD at the HP redemption cell.

What do i have to do?
