I had purchased a lenovo laptop (Y410m9QQ) with seial No.77579QQ-MAB254Y from Abatech computers, Calicut on &th Oct 08.Iregistered the same on 28 oct, and availed the reference code as -RED76167679820834 and subsequently on 1st Nov sent all the required documents to your agent Channel Technologies-NOIDA Via registered post. I am dejected to inform that I have no information regarding issue of free gift as promised.
