Laptop, mobile, IOB passbook and some personal items
My laptop with some other items is stolen on 31st August while coming from Patna to New Delhi by 2391/Shramjeevi Exp

My name is Mukesh Prakash and my home address is Musatffabad Near Devi Mandir, Gaya (823001), Bihar. i am working in New Delhi and for some personal reason i went to Patna.

On 31st August i boarded in 2391/Shramjeevi Exp. in Patna Jn. to come to New Delhi, my bogy no. was B2, berth no. was 30 (UB). I kept my luggage and Laptop bag on my berth in the train meanwhile some had stolen my Laptop Bag that contains following items:

Laptop with charger- Dell Vostro 1510

Mobile- Nokia N72 and LG Reliance and their chargers

IOB passbook

some photos

study materials

some CDs and few other materials

I contected security therein the train and TT and irctc service staff, conductor, no one come foreward to help me instead they asked me that they cant do anything now and they even didnt tell any way to lodge a complain. I had to come to new delhi urgently so i borded the train.

later on i tellephoned one of my friend to lodge a complain in Patna jn. he went there and asked to lodge a complain but they refused to write any complain. person there in Patna was Choudhary ji.

in lucknow i contected to a railway person in the same train guard bogy named Raj Kumar Gupta. he noted down my name and berth no. but didnt allow me to write on the complain book.

i want compensation for lost of my above mentioned items and data that was stored in my laptop in the train because of railway staffs and physical and mental harrasment as no one guided or write my complian as they are supposed to that.

hoping for some quick action against my complain.
