Hi

With all due to respect this is to inform u that i (Ashish Verma, India)

has bought Samsung Laptop X05 Serial Number 704A93AXB00039M from a Reputated Show room, New Delhi. This serial number is

written on back side of my laptop and the problem is the serial number on the bill is 704A93DXB00046, dated 17/06

(Champion Computers Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi).

so, the the problem is serial number is not matching. Now i am having some problems with my laptop

which i need to be fixed as soon as possible . i took the laptop to the service center at New delhi

and they are not providing the service because of not matching serial number, so this is a big trouble for me.

so i request u to please trace these serial numbers and reply me as soon as possible.

this mistake might be happened at the time of purchase. or it might be changed at the service center

because i have taken the service few times. so i request u to lookafter this issue and repond me soon,

i will be greatly thankful to you.

i am a regular customer of samsung products

so i request u again please help me out as soon as possible
