Non receipt of PF dues

I had quit L&T Infotech in the USA in Dec, till date i have not received the PF dues. I am given to understand that the same is presumably adjusted against my NOtice period, which is not fair from PF Rules. This cant be adjusted against any PF dues. Hence request the forum to take it up with L&T infotech to refund the same.(My ac no 720793)
