HT 2 YEARS SUBSCRIPTION - MONEY TAKEN - COUPEN NOT SUPPLIED

I would like to attach my correspondence with HT regarding my 2 year subscription of paper - Would like to make it public. Request you to kindly publish suitably the coupon despatch scandal of HT (Our New paper vendor has confirmed that this is a regular problem with HT). HT seems to be synonym of "poor customer focus".

I wrote following to HT subsription queries on 30/7 - I am yet to receive reply...

"This is further to my several mails & telephone to 24 x 7 call centers. This is to put on record that my newspaper vendor has stopped giving me paper (2 Years subscription ends in 2 months at HT!!).

On asking, HT is unable to give me satisfactory reply on the POD receipt (call center officer promised me to send the POD copy by courier again or scanned copy by email - neither of them is executed).

Request you to kindly take up the matter seriously & confirm by return email / phone (my mob. no. is 9820094069) the despatch of coupon booklet (THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOOKLET TILL DATE).

I await HT response at the earliest & action towards resolution of the issue."

Now HT call center no. is also not getting connected (getting disconnect everytime I press "1" for subscription queries!!!
