Experience Certificate

I was recruited as GET in 2006 (Employe ID-997075), and left it on 28th Jan'08. When I left the company - just to harass me initially did not give me- my Experience Certificate for 2 months (which is required by next employer). And after my continuous request, phones, mails and notices they gave me that with an "false clause of liquidity damage against me-stating the reason as I was under bond"

But the TRUTH is that I have never ever signed any bond with LnT (Larsen And Toubro) nor I was ever asked to do so, Moreover they didn’t even told me this when I left the company and Suddenly 2 months after leaving the company this bond stuff thing arose and they wrote this false thing in my Experience Certificate.

Please help me; this is causing lots of harassment to me.
