LARSEN AND TOUBRO LTD
EPS WITHDWAWAL

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my EPS withdrawal forms to my previous company LARSEN AND TOUBRO LTD.and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on July 2 nd 2009.

It is almost one months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

My EPS details are as follows :-

P.S. NOS - 084491

Please process my withdrawal application as soon as possible.
