Irresponsible behaviou

My name is jayavardhanan. I am working Design manager in L&T powai. I am waiting for my credit card delivery………

last weak one representative come and give me a call regarding to collect that icici credit card, I told him pl wait 5 minutes

I will come in the gate no1…..

And I went to gate no 1 and meet that representative and I show my ID card and I request that person give me that courier……

That person is not giving response to me he always not accept my ID he is asking passport and speaking some irresponsible words

And finally he is not give to me that currier he took and went away to my office…….

after i following through mail and mobile to elbee office they are not giving responcec of this complaint...

this is very bad...
