EPF Withdrawal

Sir,

EPF not received even after 14 months

I have submitted my EPF withdrawal forms to my previous company L&T Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office. Those documents are received by the office on 07/12.

It is almost 14 months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

My PF number DETAILS are :

EPS Account no- 011345

Membership date - July

Name- Pradeep Kumar

PF account no - 084491

Working with L&T Ltd.(ECCD)

P.S. nos. - 084491

I wrote the mails to higher authorities but no one have replied..

Please process my withdrawal application as soon as possible, so that I can get my EPS amount as soon as possible as the more than one year has gone.
