Laxmi gas services not on time and black markating

My cylinder service is twice in a month, I am always giving the request for cylinder on time.

Inspite of this I am not getting cylinder within stipulated time, however I am always listening that they are providing cylinder to Hotels illegally and getting more money from them.

I used to call them 10 times for a single cylinder. Also they are not entertaining our request and giving false commitment.

Please do something for this kind of negligence.
