Footbridge in Bandra Station on platform 2 and 3

This is to bring to your notice that the staircase on platform 3-4 leading to Footbridge in Bandra station gets extremenly crowded during peak hours in the event of trains arriving simultaneously on both these platforms or even otherwise. It takes around 10 minutes to get on the footbridge after alighting from the train.

It also causes a lot of discomfort with people pushing you from all sides. There is so much of crowd that it might even lead to a stampede someday. It is a nightmare for people working in Bandra East as this is the only bridge that connects to the Skywalk.

Would request you to kindly look into this matter
