1.5 tonnes vertis plus split ac of voltas purchased on 18.4.08 in the name of preeti roy from uttam sales at bistupur, jamshedpur (jharkhand).compressor fan started giving normal air instead of hot and inner unit of room stopped giving cold air of a.c on 05.8.09

I believe any minor fault would have occured, but aircon services and upbg service in the name of voltas crystal care without applying mind and proper check up declared the compressor burnt and put me in heavy expenditures. I do not believe compressor's burning so early. If it is so name and fame of voltas will be defamed.or, if your franchisee cheats the customer it is matter of enquiry and withdrawing the agency from such franchisee.

I hope matter will be enquired and action taken by you and communicated to me at the earliest for my satisfaction.
