After cleaniing by service, compressor tripps frequently

On 7th JULY your service engineer came to service my A.C and after cleaning, he installed back the unit in cabnet-case. On my coming home from office, I started Aircondiner, suddenly Grill falls and compressor starts tripping after few minutes of running while cooler fan runs on&on. Prior to repair the machine was working all right and no tripping problem was there
.
sinnce 7th July, I am daily reminding your servicr centre (12030308282) and every time, I am told that " your aircondiner will be rectified today " which today has not come till date.
Kindly look into this problem and get the defect rectified.
I have purchased number of machines and equipments of SAMSUNG make, considering your's Company as of repute.
