Misbehaviour of service enginee

I bought a lcd tv 37 inch from reliance digital retail ltd, gurgaon on 29.03.09. the tv was delivered on 01.04.09. In the afternoon the service engineer mt amandeep (moble no.9871899411) called and said he would come at 4pm. i requested him to come after 6pm as i had an important meeting in office. he refused. so i cancelled my meeting and reached home early but he didnt turn up. at 8pm when i reminded him that i was still waiting he said he was getting late and was heading home. i said he never bothered to inform me. to which he replied 'aap tho ghar baito ho, muje bhi tho ghar jaaana hai". i was shocked. he never had the courtesy to inform methat he is not coming. he then cooly tells me to be home at 4pm tomorrow. i am in a senior position and i cant leave office daily like this.

i tried to lodge a complaint in the samsung india site .. but lo.. they gont have any provision for this. i even tried to register my product and then give feed back but that menu doesnt work the site does not accet your city name and thus doesn't move further.

no contact number of thei senor officials are given there. aren't these mandatory? their help line works ony till pm. no email ids of their sr managemnt is given. hope this mail reaches them
