Had purchase a 32" LCD from alang ispat co, samudra sales at jamnagar, however within a week my remote got broken and i requested the vendor to replace the set, the price quoted as Rs 950/- and was said to be given by me on the supply of the remote set. However after few days the quoted amount was increased by a few hundred rupees to 1200/- and inspite of this now it has been 10-12 days and still the remote has not been delivered. It is indeed apalling behaviour on the part of the sevice provider and that too of such a reputed company.
