We have entered into 3 years service contractvideHLP No-FE7279for our model no-LWA18G1RAE1 on14/09 .

we would like to know how many dry service & wet service provided so far, they comefor servicing only whenever v have complained, v have taken service conytract so that v get regular service at regular interval without any headache of remembering & reminding .v r sorry to state that your company has failed to do so, secondly ur company doesn"t provide any service card so that v can find out when last service was provided to us.nor ur engineer come with the service card, everytime v have to provide the details of modelno, service contract no, its validity etc to yr service engineer,

pl do reply & let us know what steps r u taking to solve this problem
