Roaming getting deactivated

The roaming of my phone has been automatically deactivated. I am a priority customer. 15 days back also same thing happened when I travelled from Delhi to Orissa, my phone did not work for two days and got activated when the case was taken up by the administration department of my company. Same thing has happened on travelling to Patna today. This type of service is not expected, pl resolve and give me a valid reason why this has happened. Last week my ISd calling facility got deactivated and was activated when I called customer care.

I expect someone responsible to look into the iisue and give me valid reason for this type of service.
