Not able to provide the exact quantity as mentioned on the cover!

Hi... this might seem to be a little bit below the mark to complain about a small thing like Strepsils Lozenges, which costs Rs 16 for a strip of 8 lozenges (a pack of 4, where it has 2 in each pack). But the whole point of writing this is that today when I purchased a strip, I was shocked to discover that instead of having 8 lozenges, there were only 5. One of the packs had 2, while others had 1 each!

I usually wont look for this, but wanted to point it out - How mush this company would be minting from us by cheating like this!!

So Please beware of these cheats...

P.S: I will definately take this up with the right department.. its not just the matter of money, but a question of Loyalty and Customer satisfaction!!!
