I, D.S. Rawat –Social Activist and registered a complaint against a Leather Fabricating Unit which is running At RZ – 222, Shiv Block, Raghu Nagar, New Delhi – 110045 illegally in residential area for last three months. I talked to Mr. Jain -DC Najafgarh Zone three times regarding my complaint which was already registered in MCD Office its No.1064. He ensured me that he would take appropriate action on my complaint. More than a month has been escaped but no response from MCD or DC. Whenever we remind them about their action, they promise us that Dept. is going to take action very soon. However unit is creating a lot of noise through generator and machines and its labours are spreading wastages, Spiting Pan/ tobacco masalas etc.
