Defective Shoes

Dear Sir/Madam

I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes from Mega Mart (A Division of Arvind Ltd.), Senior Destination Mall, Mathura Road, Sector 27D, Faridabad, Haryana, on 11//07/09, vide bill no FANLN09369, i was given a warrenty of 4 month from the date of purchase.

I was using my pair of shoes for 15 days, i noticed that all the stichline is broken and i returned the shoes on 30/07/09, shoe room executive promised me to take up the matter with the Lee Cooper officials finally after a follow up of three weeks now i have been told that neither the shoes can be replaced nor repaired, this is really disappointing and i am feeling cheated, spending the money on a known brand means that we should get a product of quality but with such a shrud feedback from the company leads to total lose of faith in the company, while its not a matter of few rupees, customer satisfaction shoud be the first priority.

You are requested to take up the matter.
