Problem in Shoes

I brought a pair of shoes from MD footware Noida for Rs.721/- few months back. I only used these shoes once and kept these in the rack. Surprisingly, I have notice that there are several cuts on the leather (front face) and the cut marks at the ankle side.

Tried to replace the same, but they refused. I have always been using LC shoes and have 3 more pairs. now I am changing my mind to switch from LC to other brands.

Kindly convey the concerned authorities not to sell such defective material or if so, please replace the same
