Wrong size packed

Dear Sir,

This is extremly bad situation for the customer. Please note below points.

(1) Staff is really not intrested to attend customers.

(2) Not really well educated to check even correct size of certain products like inner wear.

(3) On box size is mentioned LARGE & inside of box we find 1 Large & 1 Small. Now managment is not ready to replACE WRONG SIZE. Why is customer suffering if your staff is not able to fullfil customer requirement.

this is the first time i did shopped from Vishal Mega Mart but it hardlly sounds well manered staff.

Anyway please do the needful to stop irritating customers. Now what do i do with small underwear?? shall i gift to the managment for well deserved efforts.
