Extremely Unprofessional, Non commital Services

LEELAM Enterprises, which provides domestic help, drivers, office staff etc in Mumbai and Pune.

It has experienced that it is extremely unprofessional, non commital agency which is extremely poor (or negative) in customer service. They give very assured promising talk when you approach them. Talk about their commitment, flexibility, replacements etc to get you in their trap. They demand full payment for thir services for the entire year before even giving a resource to the customer and go as per their convenience. Sometimes they send a decoy who does the job for 4-5 days and then disappears by giving some petty reason. Then they make you wait MONTHs with out helping you, giving you updates on the progress or even showing any sympathy or alternatives. If you manage to a get a resource and work things well they start blackmailing you with the resource for higher salary etc. They are not bothered about their commitments and not even have ethical, professional conciousness about their extremely poor service (its hardly a service, its like a govt dept where you keep on following/begging to them)

MY STRONG ADVICE - DO NOT GET INTO THE PRESALES TRAP. AVOID THE AGENCY AT ANY COST...
