Colour fading and refusal to replace

A ladies Kurti was purchased from M/s Ess Aay Fashion, 5/6, West Patel Nagar. The Kurti belonged to a branded company (Lee Solly). It was specifically told that the colour of the clothe is fast and will not fade. When my wire wore it the very next day, the colour of the kurti was found fading. So much so that the trouser whe was wearing also had spots of the colour of the kurti.

Complaint was made with the showroom. They first refused saying that owner is out of station and come after 5-6 days. When I went again, they said Manager would come and decide. When I requested to take decision immediately since I cannot come again and again only for enquiring about the kurti. The owner simply refused to take any action.

I am having original bill with me.

Kindly take appropriate action against the show room M/S ESS AAY FASHION, 5/6, WEST PATEL NAGAR and also against M/S LEE SOLLY for selling such inferior quality material and causing loss of money and harrassment to the consumers.
