I sent a speed post No. ET201859992IN from TIRUVANMIYUR to Coimbatore on 22/08., and according to /your website for tracking, it has not been delivered. Your personnel tells me that it was delivered on 24/08, but NOT updated as the updation is done MANUALLY.

IF IT SO, HOW A LETTER SENT FROM TIRUVANMIYUR to Coimbatore on 26/08.(ET260272236IN) has been updated as delivered on 28th August
