POOR Hardware & Technical Support

I have purchased Lenevo 62Q model from a reputed computer shop at Kolkata. After using for 4 months error free, my bitter experience with Lenovo begins. Firstly, the webcam stops functioning. Bluetooth took the same direction. Less to speak of DVD combo support as its always create noise.

After the complaint was lodged & the laptop was submitted for proper repair to the Service Centre, it had already consumed nearly two weeks and still going on. What a poor hardware support the company provides to their valued customer.???

I would request the top officials [with proper technical knowledge] to interfere into the hardware support. The Authorised Service Center does not even know how to maintain sound relationship with the laptop owners, who had purchased their high-end products and are at loss while they have no fault of their own.

Now will I recommend others to buy your esteemed Product???
