I would like to draw your attention that i am having lenevo laptop model no 7761-1aq sr no EB0441b392

machine purchase date 30.12.2006 i am having 3 years warranty as per term and condition. I have given my laptop to service center it is in kolkata name aforserve.com ltd in central avenue on 18.06.2009 bill no 8010, First they misguide me by taking rs4500/- for service charges, i made complain then the engineer are replying that now my LCD and some other problem is their which is not under warranty. Now they still eluding

to get my laptop back and continuously misguiding us that some parts yet to come in 2 month time.

Please ensure proper service by this kind of unauthorized service center.
