NO RESPONSE FROM LENEVO SERVICE CENTER

DEAR SIR,

I bought lenovo laptop model no.- 4152 B3Q.at 26th AUG. The laptop is creating the problem of LCD Display problem & Sound problem. I submitted my laptop to service center through Royal Infoys, Bankura, West Bengal (local lenovo distributor) at 9th SEP 2009. But till date, I didn't receive my laptop due to unavailable of defective parts. It's not possible to me wait any more. I want laptop to be exchanged. Please take necessary action.
