Sir i have lenova laptop 3000 GH10, since last 2 months i had complaint of DVD rider that not work properly and now it is totally difunction. it also have problem of delay start of window xp and low battery backup so the sake of this i had complaint yet but there is no responce my complain no. is 2002062500000914. sir plz forward again to sort out my problem.
