Improper functioning of keyboard of my lenovo 0768 A 35 laptop

Sir, key board of my laptop is not working properly.sometimes it work and sometimes it doesn't work. My laptop is within warranty period. I bought it from delhi but right now i am in Hamirpur (Himachal pradesh)

please suggest me the procedure.
