Lenovo 25Q Lap Top
LCD Problem, CD Drive not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Lenovo Laptop Model No. 25Q Srl. No. EB09344380 on 05.10.2008. Due to non working of Laptop LCD CD Drive, I have contacted Lenovo's Delhi Hd. Office they have advised me to contact Khargpur Service Center along with Service No. L97F005E. Accordingly I approached to KGP service centre, After checking at service centre the service engineer had told me that, I have conveyed this message to Delhi Hq.regarding replacement of LCD. After receipt of the same from Delhi the LCD will be replaced. Now already one month has been passed but my Laptop has not been repaired till date. Early action in this regard is highly solicited.
