Service center broken my laptop

Dear sir,

i am neha from NIT, Patna, I went to Sona infotech Service centre regarding my laptop problem, there is motherboard, keyboard, and flap problem (loose from laft side and gap) on 11-10-08 Service centre consider my flap problem as physical damage and fact is that my laptop is not physically damage and till i can't get my laptop insisted of solving my problem they broke my laptop. can u tell me the solution of that.
