No status of free gifts to be received

Dear Sir,

This is vide my Reference code number RED11626738822466 for the Lenovo product which i purchased on 28th October. As per their instruction, I have already sent all the required documents (as mentioned below) by registry post for availing the free gifts. Kindly note that i had sent the documents in October itself. But i have not yet received any of these gifts which is making me worried because this is one of the reasons why i opted for Lenovo.
