1. I have Lenovo 500Y series laptop MT/Mod-7761-4EQ S/N-MA-8MR43.
2. Please refer to case no L91800GA.
3. I have earlier shown my laptop to Lenovo service centre at Visakhapatanam (HI TECH INformatics) a number of times. Last time the mother board was replaced in Lenovo service center.
4. I safely took the laptop in my bag. Later I had noticed cracks on hinghes. On the right hingh a small chip had come out and the left hingh had a crack over the screws.
5. I reported the matter to Lenovo but I didn't receive a positive response.
6. I have an extention warranty for 2 yrs also.
7. I feel the damage has been caused either due to over tightening of screws by the Lenovo service centre or I am unlucky to get a defective piece.
8. The case is been delt under physical damage and no replacement is being offered by Lenovo till date.
9. There has been no damage caused by me in any form.
10. If the damage is examined closly then certainly your attention will be drawn as my point no.7
11. I feel I should get full service for the case mentioned.
12. I'll request Lenovo to wake up.
