Notebook 3000 g400 betry problem

Hello,

i have purchased my lenovo 300 g400 laptop at 24-03-08.

i have some battery problem. it isnt working ne more. i am using power code constantly to turn on my laptop. person at local service center says that my bettry is over. and my laptop was under warranty period so i made a complain to banglore service center. and followed all the procedure. i send my bill through mail and they told me that we will reply you by mail very soon. my complain number is L93N008R

bt today its 7th of April but still i didnt get ne reply from them. even they customer service number that is 001800113324 (Toll free) and 01126388288 (Banglore) are not responding.

and now i am to much angry with this kind of service they are providing.

i need m solution else i am thinking to get ne legal action to the company.

i am a student and doing my project on my laptop. so this much of delay from compny is not at al tolerable.
