Not responding and wrong information

I have had a loan sanction for laptoop from Lenovo shoroom in Nehru place and they took pDC which is illegal and also they insist me to give my birthday two year older than oroginal and legally i ma not outhorised to have loan though i am only 20... and they are suppose to present the chgeque in my bank between 1 to 1o but they [resented on 23 which was totally wrong coz an emergency i took out money after keepiung so lpong due to an emergency and also threatend me to present me to collections..
