Diwali double deal offer not received

I bought lenovo laptop 775787q serial no. MA-A6569 from Fore Solutions Pvt. ltd. SCO 365, first floor. SEC 35B CHANDIGARH.on 25.10.2008 vide invoice no 640 along with offer of DIWALI DOUBLE DEAL confirmed by reference code RED33332885319556 by lenovo, but till today i have not received the said gift inspite of my repeated personal and telephonic reminders. On top of it during my last visit to ForeSolutions office iwas told of their helplessness in this regard. Would I be able to get some justice?
